Riley Locke respects copyright. This page explains how to submit a copyright notice and, when applicable, how an affected uploader or subscriber can submit a counter-notice.

Submit a copyright notice

Provide enough information for Riley Locke to identify the copyrighted work, locate the challenged material, contact you, and verify the statements required for a DMCA notice. A complete submission does not itself establish infringement.

What happens next

Riley Locke records the notice and checks whether the required procedural information is present.
If information is missing, the designated agent may ask for a supplement.
If access is disabled, Riley Locke attempts to notify the affected uploader/subscriber and provides a way to submit a counter-notice.
If a valid counter-notice is forwarded, restoration is reviewed by a human within the applicable statutory process unless Riley Locke receives notice of a qualifying federal-court action or other proceeding that satisfies the applicable statutory conditions.

Repeat-infringer policy. Riley Locke may terminate subscribers or account holders who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Copyright case history can trigger a documented human review. RL Dock never makes that decision or terminates an account automatically; an authorized operator must review the circumstances and record any account action.
